I switched to dr Ruggirello 41/2 months ago, his office is very high tech, they scans your teeth with a laser, digital X-ray s and a high intensity light to get a whole picture of what's going on . He ask me when do I want to treat the cavities-- at stage 1,2,3, or 4, he went through all the differences of all the stages and gave me different options for treatment-- I took all the X-rays , laser scans,high intensity light and photos and gave them to my nephew at Michigan Dental school- because I wasn't sure . He got back to me a week later with the same results . He started and finished his work after every appointment gave me his home and cell phone number if I had any problems. All for appointments went with no problems except my bite was high I went back to his office and he adjusted it ! He's a type a guy you can have a regular conversation with not a stuffy Dr. type of person. I highly recommend him
About Front Desk: Front desk was extremely friendly did all of my insurance work up before I ever got there, had a five minute wait before they set me in the room. Very professional, but very personable
About Hygienist: Virginia was the hygienist, she took all the x-rays some pictures was extremely gentle, was very thorough and her explanation of what she thought was going on at the doctor come in the room and verify, he looked at all the pictures x-rays and said I needed some work and some of the other work was so small we will watch it
