Cleaning done by hygienist, was thorough procedure, but was painful for several days.
Price quoted ahead of time was increased by +$100.
I was "given" a electric toothbrush "system" on the way out. Later to learn I was charged for it, without any prior notification or prior OK from me.
I was told the return visit within 6 weeks) would be free; but on the way out was told it would be an add'l $100+.
When I returned (3rd visit) I was strong-armed (not by original receptionist/biller) to sign a credit card statement for on-file future use; when I refused I was told I had to see another DDS in the future; and was not allowed to keep the appointment made and confirmed.
About Front Desk: (1st & 2nd visit) I was told there would be no charge for initial x rays, yet I did receive a bill afterwards. I was not given copies of all of the paperwork requested (for cleaning visit). Initial told one price then actually another.

Most people who seek a service from any professional generally will respond in one of 2 manners. They will either just smile when they leave and never return or they will become loyal customers. Not only have I become a loyal customer, I have already recommended several of my personal and professional friends to Dr. Coats and her team.
The primary reason for returning is the professionalism and responsibility that Dr. Coats and the staff take for the care they take for their patients. The reason for the loyalty to the clinic, as well as, recommending them to others centers around the quality and character of the entire staff. The office truly has a personality of it's own that is reflected in the values of the associates that work there (i.e. - honesty, caring, integrety and follow-up).
Having been someone who has avoided going to the dentist for most of my adult life, I can honestly say my visit to Dr. Coat's office have been gratifying regarding the results of treatment and even often fun in my interaction with all of the staff.
I would highly recommend Dr. Coats and her team to anyone looking for quality, professional dental care.

The Dr. and her staff are AWESOME!!! I have been to several dentist and none of them match up to this one or this office.
