Dr. Bhatia and her staff give my daughter the best orthodontic experience that I could have hoped for. I feel that Dr. Bhatia is extrememly knowledgeable and current with latest orthodontic trends. I am also pleasantly surprised by the ease of dealing with our insurance and payment plan options. As a mother of four it is also nice to have such a wonderful office to visit with comfy chairs and a fireplace to gaze at for mom, and computer games for the kids. Dr. Bhatia goes out of her way to make sure that the patient and family feel welcome and comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatia.

Both my daughter and I started our orthodontic treatment together. My daughter got braces and I got invisalign. We are bot so very glad to be in the care of Dr. Bhatia. You can tell that she genuinely cares about our welfare. She explains everything thouroughly and absolutely knows her stuff. And she has stayed on top of my daughter keeping her teeth clean. That shows me that she genuinely cares. I expect her to let her and me know if her brushing is not what it should be. I expect that from someeone I entrust my child with. She is amazing and I trust her completely

Dr Bhatia was the 3rd orthodontist that we interviewed.
She personally called our home the evening before our free consultation to pre-pare for why we were coming in to her office. What Dr. calls a prospective patients home??? LOVED THAT !
I was immediately impressed with her and her staff. She looked at my 8 yr old daughters mouth and stated matter of factly what we needed to do in order to prevent any further damage to her self -esteem because of her crooked teeth.
Her charge for the orthodontics was the highest price of the three, but I could tell from her creditials and state of the art equipment that she knows what she is doing.
We honestly saw changes in our daughters mouth within 3 days, it was amazing !! My daughter loves her and her staff. I am so thankful that we chose her office.

My service has been good through Dr Bhatia, but I am still in treatment. I must warn you as an adult that she talks down to you like you are a child from time to time. (after all children seem to be the majority of her patients)
Also, I sat next to a child that was there after school and Dr Bhatia was not very nice to the patient and I would never let her talk to my child that way and minimize him like she did for not brushing properly. (everyone sitting in the chairs waiting for treatment beside him heard and saw her talk down to him about his lack of brushing....that is not good business and was probably very embarrasing for the child) I do not prefer to listen to everyone elses issues and her complaints about what they are not doing correctly while I am ptiently waiting for someone to assist me.
She is very welcoming during consultation and first visits, but it is not always like that when you are there throughout your treatments.
Yes, she does know what she is doing and is a great dentist.....but I think she lacks in maintaining her "people skills" at a professional level at times.

We had a great experience from the time we first considered Bhatia Orthodontics to the end of treatment. Results are fantastic! I highly recommend Dr. Bhatia and her entire staff.

My daughter first started with Dr. Bhatia whe she was 6. It ended when she was 11. She is now going on 14 and everybody says her teeth are just beautiful!! I was protective of my daughter when she first started at 6 years of age. Dr. Bhatia, her wonderful staff and her beautiful doggies always put my daughter and my fears to rest. They were all great!! Her song and dance when Hannah " graduated" was just delightful!! She really loves her job and it shows!! :-}

Dr. Bhatia and her staff are fantastic! My son is a little over a year into his treatment and things are progressing nicely. We have had a number of issues with a particular appliance and everyone at Dr. Bhatia's office has been extremely professional about resolving the orthodontic emergencies that have resulted. She and members of her staff have met us after regular hours to fix the problem. The WingHaven facility, as well, is welcoming. The tropical decor is soothing. The video games are a nice activity for the children while waiting. We all look forward to the treats post appointment.

You will not get better care for your child than from Dr. Bhatia. The whole staff is great, She is on the cutting edge of technology and works with you 1 on 1. My child think she is the greatest in the world!!!. Don't hesitate to call Dr. Bhatia.

Dr. Bhatia and her staff are very friendly and treat you like family. I'm still in the process of doing my invisalign treatment but am very glad to have found Dr. Bhatia. My teeth were very tricky and I'm glad Dr. Bhatia could help me. Dr. Bhatia does a lot for her patients to make sure they are comfertable, especially for her patients who are scared of dental work, me!

My daughter is almost 12 and started with early orthodontic work when she was about 8. We initially began w/ a different orthodontist as we had not heard of Dr. Bhatia, however, he was so out of date w/ the times, I decided to get a second opinion. We went to Dr. Bhatia's office and were immediately impressed with her up to date techniques and her warm friendly office. Dr. Bhatia threw away the removable spacer's the previous orthodontist was using and placed a permanent one. We saw results much much faster then w/ the out of date removable ones.
My daughter has always had a great, fun experience with every appointment we have gone too over the past 3 years. Dr. Bhatia and her staff go above and beyond to do fun things during business hours and even after hours for their patients.
Dr. Bhatia is very accessible to her patients. Her staff is very hard working and loyal and have been with her for several years. We can always count on the same friendly faces and are greeted by name at each visit!
