Dr. Lai is an outstanding pediatric dentist. She has always been very welcoming and friendly. She is amazing with both my kids! The office is very professional as well. I highly recommend her!

dr. lai is awesome! she is kind, caring, and extremely patient. it is very clear that this is someone who loves her job and takes pride and pleasure in her work. my son has been seeing dr. lai for 7 years at her wonderful practice and he is always excited to see her. dr. lai and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and child-friendly. the practice itself is simply amazing with its state of the art building and relaxing waiting area filled with games and tvs and toys for the children to play with, my son loves playing the wii! the staff is very attentive and even offers drinks in the waiting area. i am also able to accompany my son to the examining area if he wishes for me to be with him which is very nice. dr. lai makes going to the dentist a treat for my son and as a parent i am very grateful for that.

Dr. Lai is extremely impatient -- I do not understand why such a person wanted to be a dentist (esp. a pediatric dentist).
I would definately NOT recommend this pediatric dentist.

Wow, what a great experience my daughter had on her first visit to see Dr. April. I was so impressed as I watched through the door as the assistant did a lot of show and tell to explain what was about to happen. They took x-rays, did a cleaning and an exam on my 3 year old. My daughter left with a bag of prizes along with a new tooth brush and an award for being such a great helper. I felt that Dr. April gave me a lot of valuable information on diet as well as tips for helping brush at home. We were both so happy at the end of her visit.. If i had known it was going to go so well i wouldnt have put it off for so long! My daughter was so proud of herself, I will definitely refer my friends and family to such an awesome office. She is still showing off her stuff and asking when were going back! Thank you Dr. April and staff it has been such a relief!!!
