I was waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes. Because I steped out the room to ask about the delay, she came in and finished cleaning in 10 minutes without comunicating with me at all. She did not say a single word, even the water was falling in my neck, even if I had pain, even to say HELLO or GOODBY. Never thought I would experience some thing like that from a dentist.

I think their customer service is horrible. I call over and over again and may take weeks to get an appointment months away. I even stopped by the office because I was in the building and at 10 am and 2 pm the office was locked and the lights were off on a Thursday.

Dr. Scott is very difficult to catch up with but she does very outstanding work. Dr. Scott is a very nice person and showed concern in perserving my smile!

Both the dentist and her assistant were rude and showed no sign of concern that they made everyone wait at least one hour to be seen. It was my first (and only) time to go to her and she barely even spoke to me. They treated me as if they assumed I would never go back to see her (which I WILL NOT!). I do not recommend this dentist.

It was hard to get appointment, and calls were not returned. But once in, everything was very nice. She was attentive and helped me to feel at ease. Procedure a bit painful, but it had been over a year since last dental exam. Overall I think she was excellent and would recommend her to friends.

My two year old daughter had her first dental appointment yesterday. Front desk was terrible. I kept on calling the clinic from the waiting area and ringing the call bell for the front desk to explain what was taking the doctor so long -- I was sure the assistant was there..... no one came. While my daughter was walkiing around the hallway, I see the dentist arrive 1 hour and 10 minutes after the appointment. If she had been in the clinic doing another procedure, I would be okay. But she just arrived!!!!! I was not a walk in client! I had made that appointment 5 months earlier!!! Front desk did not even offer an apology or an explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
