My two year old daughter had her first dental appointment yesterday. Front desk was terrible. I kept on calling the clinic from the waiting area and ringing the call bell for the front desk to explain what was taking the doctor so long -- I was sure the assistant was there..... no one came. While my daughter was walkiing around the hallway, I see the dentist arrive 1 hour and 10 minutes after the appointment. If she had been in the clinic doing another procedure, I would be okay. But she just arrived!!!!! I was not a walk in client! I had made that appointment 5 months earlier!!! Front desk did not even offer an apology or an explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
