I saw Dr. Barlow twice. I had a cavity that needed filling and requested nitris oxide. My filling was small and Dr. Barlow did not feel I needed the NO. I advised that I was very fearful of ANY dental work, but he still insisted I did not need it. I let him proceed without it and had a minor panic attack. I did not go back.

He was very willing to work with me on payments, but he did seem to be in a BIG hurry and not very sympathetic. There was much pain involved in the process and when I had a reaction to the pain meds, he was not very willing to write a diffrent script. his assistant was extremely nice and made the procedure a little more bearable. overall I will return.

the dentist is not very personable. also had to redo work less than a year after it was completed (at least he did not charge for the re-work). front desk is unorganized. i had to make calls to insurer to confirm that they were trying to overcharge me on the copay. when i alerted them to the error they told me that THEY TOLD ME TO CALL AND CONFIRM THE COPAY because they were not sure what it should be (funny that the error was in their favor, huh?).
