Horrible experience, the staff is absolutely rude. I am surprised how they operate. I have been delaying changing the dentist because of work pressure, but every time I visit the doctor the frustration emerges. Office staff is rude at best.
I am surprised that they get away with it. If there was a negative scale for customer service I will give them -ve 5.
Doctor is OK. I went for filling and in doctor realized that it was cutting too close so she suggested a root canal. To confirm she wanted an x-ray, i waited for 25 minutes on the chair with open cavities because the person who was going to do the x-ray decided to take lunch in middle of the procedure !!!
Then doctor gave me a temporary filling and asked to come back. My mouth was sedated so wasn't able to ask all the questions as doctor had to go for something. She said she will come back. I came out to the lobby and asked the staff to convey my questions. However, I was RUDELY told by the staff that doctor can't talk and will get back.
I came to this place with a recommendation but i was out of luck or just having a bad day.

The staff/customer serivice is really bad. The staff can be rude. For example - to get an appointment I had to call 5 times. The phone was picked up all the times and each time, I was told to call back in 30 minutes. I asked if someone can call me, I was told - PLEASE CALL BACK IN 30 MINS. (bolded it to indicate the tone) I have gotten done multiple fillings, tooth cleanings and examinations the doctors office in last three years.

The office was nicely done,staff friendly.however when you go to the dentist you go not for the above reasons. My experience was not good.I have been in pain for months. Not only did he not finish the work completely,he ruined my bite causing headaches and tmj. I do not recommend him, I think he's out for the cash more then the quality of work he does for his patients.
I went for four caps. Very cheap work.

The office is very comfortable and the employees very nice and courteous. The dentist treated my two daughters and myself and we had a very painless and good experience. The dentist was wonderful with the children.
