On two occasions, Dr Stephanie Su kept my child waiting for 15-20 mins in the middle of a tooth filling procedure, as she had scheduled another patient during the same time. On the second occasion, the dental brace was in place to keep my child's mouth uncomfortably wide open for those 15 minutes as we were waiting for her to return! She told me when asked, that they routinely double-book, and thought that was perfectly fine. Meantime, the staff had given me 2 different reasons, saying it was an emergency etc..
About Front Desk: Their office manager called me after I left their office to say that they will unilaterally close our account immediately, as they could not agree to my expectation to not double book us! It was just a threat, as they didn't actually do that. Until they had to 9 months later, because we stopped seeing the doctor.

She is awesome! I love her. She has always been a wonderful dentist-- one I can trust.

She is amazing and her assistants are great. My children have had multiple seals and cleanings. They love going to her!

Dr. Su is amazing, I wish there was as dentist like her when I was a kid...heck I wish I could find a dentist/office like hers now. She is wonderful with kids, my son loves going to the dentist...that says it all!

I took my two kids (5&7) to Dr. Su after an unsuccessufl procedure for the 7 year old. At Dr. Su's place, the same kid had no problems at all! Dr. Su also did a great job on the 5 year old as well. Overall, very good doctor.
