Would not recommend having the procedure done at that office esp. if Dr. Sharples will not be doing the procedure. Had a very bad experience. Did not disclose the true condition of my teeth before root canal and apico was done. There is no "customer service" quality. Treatment was unsuccessful. Doctor promised to return the money (as they do not need the money, as claimed by the person who did the procedure), but DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

Appointment receptionist not very friendly or customer service oriented - will keep you waiting on phone for a long time. I had a root canal scheduled, however the pain became too much to bare. It took three calls to his emergency number over two days until he called me back - the reason for not calling: I asked him for help with my pain and he was not willing to prescribe anything. This is hardly a reason to NOT return my call. Had he responded with his suggestion after my first call, I would have been much happier.
