Dr. Gray staff is AMAZING. Dr. Gray is very nice BUT Dr. Gray is a terrible dentist. I have about $7000 in dental expenses because of him. It got to a point to where I was suspicious that he was doing it on person so I went and had a second opinion and found out my hunch was accurate.
Two of the biggest problems I've had was that he wanted to redo my crown I had before I came to see him. Well he made it to where the crown won't stay glued to what's left of the tooth because he made so small it won't connect so know I'll need a implant. The next biggest thing is he did a filling that I needed a root canal and found out I had an abscess.
I really liked Dr. Gray but there is no way all these things could happen within a few years. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

About Hygienist: The staff was very nice but they were suppose to call in valium for my first procedure and they called in Vicodin.

Dr. Gray and his staff are the best. I've never been pressured to get veneers, or whitening or straightening (and my teeth could use a little of each). Another dentist wanted to do $12K worth of 'necessary work'. I went to Dr. Gray and the 'necessary work' was more like $2K!

Both Dr Gray and hygienist pleasant and sensitive to my discomfort with dentist in general. I really like everyone in this office. Highly recommend.

The staffs will trick you with their sweet talk to convince you to do things that is not necessary with your teeth just to get some money from you (patient). And then they will just surprise you with the amount after they have done the procedure. Did something on my tooth that was not in the agreement.

Dr Gray's staff are very pleasent and very professional. I received a reminder of my apointments 3-days early. Also the facility is cleann and very confortable. Dr Gray himself was very smily and talkative with my son and daughter who told me they like him more than the previouse dentist. The only thing I would say against this dentist, if you are looking for in-network dentist he is not..and he is not cheap.

Nice office with a great staff. Only complaint is a surprise with an extra $500 charge. My wife had some old fillings and Dr. Gray wanted to replace them with the new, composite fillings. They called my insurance and told me that the my coverage would cover all but $500. So we said, fine, do it and paid the $500. 2 months later I got a bill from his office for another $500 and were told that the insurance didn't cover all of it. Not cool..... Don't think I want to go back there.
However, I am yet to meet a dentist that doesn't have one hand on your wallet trying to talk you into the latest and greatest stuff and jacking up my bill. I mean, we all want a nice smile, right? But I haven't had a dentist that I thought was a straight shooter in a LOOOOONG time.

Dr. Gray and his staff are excellent. I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years. They were wonderful.

Dr. Gray & his staff are the best I have ever experienced in Dental Care. I moved to Houston six years ago & my son needed emergency dental care, Dr. Gray accommodated our needs and we have been with him since that time. My son had 5 root canals by the age of 15 and has very weak teeth.He now lives in Corpus and will drive into Houston just for a dental appointment. I think that says alot.
