I have been a patient of Dr. Trieu for 10 years and that is for good reason. She is the best at what she does. I feel like she takes care of my teeth as she does her own. Dr. Trieu deliberately sees fewer patients than other dentists because she does not want to compromise speed for quality care. She also has a very data oriented approach as she keeps detailed notes about the condition of my teeth for better follow up and tracking over time. Every experience I have had has been great and she has the same enthusiasm for her work as someone just starting in the field.
Not only is she a great dentist but she also come to know my whole family and what we have been doing in our lives. She also knows that I don't like ice cold water sprayed on my gums due to sensitivity and not to tilt the chair back too far. She is always conscious of my preferences. She has a great sense of humor and yes is a bit quirky but all the more reason to love her as a real person.
I'm about to relocate out of Orange County and dread having to find another dentist in my new city who can measure up to Dr. Trieu.

My teeth require a lot of work. When I first started visits with Dr. Trieu, I didn't know how to keep my teeth clean. Despite many warnings from my previous dentist, I didn't wear braces to correct my very crooked teeth. This meant that my haphazard oral hygiene routine didn't really keep out the plaque, and so my gums were receding. When I first arrived, at her office, Dr. Trieu gave me a thorough lesson on brushing and flossing, and scheduled me for a series of deep cleanings. Dr. Trieu has made sure I've kept up with my oral hygiene since then, and provides an annual oral check-up as well. I've also required a number of fillings. My teeth are in good shape and I'm keeping them clean even though I recently made the leap to braces.

I have been a patient of Monica Trieu DDS for 12 years. She is a perfectionist in her work. The lab she uses does beautiful work . I have anxiety and Dr. Trieu talks me through all the work that is being done so that I have a good experience with excellent work. She has done crown work as well as fillings. I moved to Bakersfield and will still travel for her to perform work on me when needed. I will fully recommend her to anyone in need of dentistry. Carolyn D.

Dr. Trieu is the best dentist you'll ever find. Seriously, she's top notch. Her dentistry is by far better than any other dentist around. She spends time to educate you. I've seen her work with veneers with other patients and you can't even tell they are veneers...the patients don't even want people to know that it's not their real teeth. I've also seen her correct other dentists work and the quality in Dr. Trieu's work is unmatched.

I've gone to Dr. Trieu two times in the past two months after reading about her from another review website. Like many have said, she is very nice and detailed. It's great that she goes over the many options you have regarding treatment and does not pressure you into anything. She truly cares for her patients' well being.

I cannot recommend Dr. Trieu highly enough. Dr. Trieu clearly takes great pride in her work and it shows in her attention to detail for each and every procedure. Dr. Trieu also has lots of cool up-to-date equipment and I appreciated that she took the time to answer any and all of my questions. She does cleanings herself and is very thorough and gentle.
Dr. Trieu and great her staff (Vicky and June) are very pleasant and kind and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that was no small task as I had been very anxious about getting dental work since I was a child. Dr. Trieu and her staff made me feel so comfortable that after seeing her for two years I no longer minded going to the dentist. I usually had to wait only 5 to 10 minutes to be seen which made me feel that my time was valued and respected.
My husband also saw Dr. Trieu and was very pleased. We are moving and are very sad that we will no longer be able to use Dr. Trieu's excellent and friendly dental services. If we were staying in town we would not even think of switching dentists! She is highly recommended.

Very friendly, very thorough. Takes a lot of time to explain and research the options. Does teeth cleaning herself.
Facilities nice. Scheduling superb, never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Front desk friendly and very helpful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Trieu takes complete pride in her work; it is obvious that she loves what she does. Her office is immaculate; she has a friendly staff and pays meticulous attention to detail. I told Dr. Trieu that my teeth are sensitive and I was afraid to get a deep cleaning, I tell you guys I didnt feel a bit of pain or discomfort as she performed the deep cleaning. I didnt even feel any pain when she numbed my gums using a combination of topical cream and Novocain.
Some other dentists have their assistants do the cleaning or they only spend 20 minutes or so cleaning your teeth. Dr. Trieu does the entire cleaning herself and spends as much time as needed to get it done completely. I cant say enough good stuff about Dr. Trieu, if you love your teeth and want to have a beautiful smile I recommend you go see Dr. Trieu DDS.

One word...awesome! Dr. Trieu is more than a great dentist...she's somebody you can trust. I would pay a lot more for the service I get when I go to get my teeth checked out by Dr. Trieu...and the best part is that I don't have to. I've been to several dentists in the past and I've always felt rushed. My cleanings were never more than 15 minutes but with Dr. Trieu, her standard cleaning is an hour! You know you're getting your teeth taken care of when the dentist spends that much time with you.
I can't think of any down side with Dr. Trieu. She's a perfectionist and sometimes I wish she wasn't but then again you couldn't have someone take care of your oral health if they don't spend the time with you. Just a top notch dentist who won't rip you off and those are hard to find these days.
