Dr Schneider did a very difficult case on me consisting of 5 veneers and 5 crowns. My results have been amazing and I can't stop smiling. It took me a number of years to work up the courage to have so much work done and I'm sorry I waited. I have referred many friends to the doctor and they are all satisfied with his work

I've always liked Dr. Schneider, but I discovered the hard way that he is not qualified for cosmetic dentistry. After what I went through, I now wonder how the rest of his work on me was. He put veneers on my 4 front teeth, & they looked so awful I cried. They were too big and odd shaped, and when he tried to reshape them, he made it worse. He agreed to redo them, but it was so painful that it was a tough decision. I couldn't live with my teeth looking that way with, especially after all the money I had already paid. He did replace them & the shape was better, but you can still see a crack in one of the front teeth. Because of all the trauma to my teeth, they became infected and sensitive - I couldn't even talk without shooting pain. This went on for weeks. He tried putting crowns on them. More weeks of pain. Then root canals. He was kind enough to only charge me "half" of all these procedures, & I was basically in severe pain nearly a year. It got to the point where my family did not want me to ever set foot in his office again. I have since been advised that this has happened to several others that have gone to him. Thanks to Dr. Schneider, I have nothing left in my front teeth to even support replacement veneers.

I went in to have my teeth cleaned. The cleaning so was soooo fast that I was questioning how well of a job the hygienist actually did. Usually after a cleaning, I get that nice and refreshing feeling in my mouth. I certainly did not feel that way when I had it done at this office. It felt as if cleanings were just some sort of assembly line procedure here.
On top of that, when I got the bill, I was charged for an exam! I called the office and explained that with my old dentist, an exam meant I was actually seen by the dentist and not just the hygienist. And that the dentist looked at each tooth, checked the pocket depth of my gums, wrote extensive notes in my chart, etc. None of which happened during my appointment.
I was given the explanation that in their office, an exam can be done by the dentist or the hygienist. They reassured me that during my cleaning, the hygienist surely looked at my teeth and made sure everything was fine. And that's what they call an exam. They went on to explain that the type of exam I described (checking each tooth and gum pocket) was what they call a Comprehensive Exam. Whatever!
I haven't gone back to this office since then.

I found the office to be very pleasant and the doctors to be professional. Although they are not very flexible in their billing procedures.

As with the other patient, this office is more concerned with 'milking your money'. They will call you at work (or on cell) to insist on making an appt ASAP (even w/in 1 day). But, if you do not cancel your appt w/in 24hrs (even if you just made it) they will charge you a $50 fee without warning. Also, the staff is very inconsiderate. I did NOT have any major procedures done and will not return. During my first visit, I did see the doctor, and he was very good. However, the dental hygienist was very rough with my teeth and rude.

Went to the dentist and never saw the dentist! I was told that he was gone for the day and when I insisted to see the dentist the staff looked at me like I was making an absurd request. Since the hygienist cleaned my teeth I have had a strange clicking sensation ever since. They were insistent on getting X-rays on my visit, even though a dentist never evaluated me. Felt like they were milking me (or my insurance) for money and putting in a minimal effort. I am a physician and I feel it would be unethical never to evaluate a patient that has an appointment in my office. Clearly this dentist doesn't have the same standard. I will not return.
