Manhattan Dental Care is where the dental care "excellence bar" has been set. Steven Firshein, DDS is far and away the most accomplished dental practitioner I have ever encountered. He has administered my dental care for the last fifteen years maintaining a flawless record of excellence throughout delivery of care. His staff, most of who have been with him for many years, remains equally superlative. After ten extremely satisfied years in his care I requested that he perform a full mouth restoration. Five years later I remain happily astounded at the level of success he achieved. Not only is the result seamlessly comfortable and cosmetically gorgeous, his restoration of proper tooth length has significantly slowed the destructive gum recession process I was suffering. Too often to maintain count, I field admiring comments and inquiries about how pleasing my smile is and how both beautiful and natural my teeth appear. Many of these admirers identify themselves as tutored, practicing or retired dental professionals, claiming, reliably, that they recognize extraordinary excellence when they encounter it. I certainly agree.
Some salient details about Manhattan Dental Care. The practice is friendly, impeccably professional and always technologically up-to-date. The quality of care remains uniformly excellent. These people are very smart, exceptionally well trained and they work particularly hard at remaining so. The entire staff maintains a regular schedule of on-going education. Notably, they're also an extraordinarily warm and caring group of people I feel proud to recommend.

Dr. Firshein is an excellent dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease at an instant. His staff is superb.I had an emergency and I received an appointment right away and he even called me at home in the evening to make sure I was okay. I have been to a lot of dentists but he is by far the best. He is a good business man, his service is not cheap and he sure knows how to sell his products and services.

Many years ago my 8 yr. old daughter received her first filling from Dr. Firshien. When administering the novacaine, he hit a nerve. Not only was it painful but her cheek swelled hugely. He yelled at her for crying and for being scared, and never followed up on her condition. We never went back and he never called to ask how she was. She is now 24 yrs. old and her fear of dentists is excrutiating.

Visiting Dr. Firchein and Manhattan Dental Care is an amazing experience! They treat you like royalty from the receptionist, hygenists and assistants, to Dr. Firchein, himself. They actually call you after a prodedure to see how you are doing... A rare, but nice touch in today's world! This is a no brainer if you want the best care available!
