Dr. Levy is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to color matching implants and crowns. He's up to date with all of the technology. He's honest when it comes to my concerns and thoroughly explains what he's going to do for me so there are no surprises. Dr. Levy also has a wonderful personality and is kind and gentle. The office is also spotlessly clean.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and wonderful to deal with. Everything is always completely explained to me.

About Hygienist: Dr. Levy has three hygienists that are fabulous. Previously, I went to a periodontist for cleanings and the caliber of the hygienists in Dr. Levy's office are far superior. The cleanings are not only excellent, but are comfortable.

Dr. Levy did a very poor job on my elderly mother's implants. First of all he did not explain the procedure to us beforehand and asked her to pay in full (nearly $9,000 for 4 teeth) upfront without offering payment options or accepting insurance. Mom was confused and anxious to get her front teeth replaced after an accident so agreed to pay. Then Dr. Levy did a poor job on the implants. The first implants he made her were the wrong color and did not fit her at all. Even arrogant Dr. Levy admitted they were bad and told us he had to remake them. Dr. Levy cancelled one of my mother's appointments at the last minute because he decided to attend a seminar in Aruba and couldn't offer her another one for weeks. All this time my mother had to suffer without front teeth. EVEN AFTER ALL THE DELAYS AND VISITS THE FINAL IMPLANTS DR LEVY MADE HER ARE STILL PROTRUDING AND THE WRONG COLOR. Dr. Levy was defensive about his poor job and said "your mother must have always had buck teeth, and geriatric dentistry is not the same." WRONG DR LEVY MY MOM HAD BEAUTIFUL TEETH BEFORE HER ACCIDENT, YOU CHARGED HER TOP DOLLAR, DID A POOR JOB AND INSULTED HER. Office is not handicap accessible, Mom had to struggle up steep steps with her walker. Disgrace.

Dr. Steven Levy has always made me feel immediately at ease with his warmth, genuine concern and incredible skills. In the 17 years I've seen him, I have always been totally comfortable during treatment. Both he and his wonderful staff care for their patients as if they were close family. You can tell that Dr. Levy and his staff love caring for people and helping them with their dental concerns. I can always be certain that all my questions are answered and that if I ever have a dental emergency he's there for me the same day. Going to his office is like stopping by and seeing old friends.
Since the beautiful cosmetic work he's done for me, I feel so much more confident to smile. And the implants he's done feel just like my own natural teeth!
Dr. Levy's office is spotless, modern and tastefully decorated and he always has the latest and best new technology. His office hours are great so I can always get in after or before work or on Saturdays.
Over the years I've recommended many of friends to him and they're just as enthusiastic about his office as I am.
About Hygienist: Dr. Levy's hygienists are the best. They are thorough, gentle and so friendly. They are always helpful instructing me how to properly care for my teeth. I've been to some periodontists in the past and have to say that Dr. Levy's hygienists are better than at the specialist's office.

Horrible experiences with Dr. Levy. I had complained of discomfort in one tooth but told everything looked okay, only to return a few months later for my next visit and be told that the tooth needed a root canal. What's worse, the presence of a cavity was clearly visible on x-rays taken at the time of my initial complaint.

Dr. Levy is the best dentist around. His practice is spotless, the staff is great, he's always up-to-date with his field. My husband brought me there 23 years ago after I endured years of nasty dentists, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We've now moved away from the area and still travel back almost an hour to see Dr. Levy. But of course, since he takes such good care of us, we only get to see him twice a year! He's the greatest -- I can't say enough!
