Dr. Beard treated my wife and I over the past couple years. We had both neglected our teeth for some time. Dr beard was gentle and understanding. He treated us with respect and he and his staff were very efficient and professional. My wifes smile was restored without dentures and it was a beautiful emotional day when she emerged from the treatment room with her perfect smile. Dr beard restored several teeth for me and saved teeth that some doctors might give up on (nice to chew)

While pleased with the level of service from Dr Beard himself, I was not told that he was not in my network which ended up costing me double what I would have paid had I used an in network provider. I learned that he was not in network after discovering an unopened check from my insurance carrier that sat in my garage for over 1 month. I would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time so that could have made a decision about all the out of pocket cost that I ended up with. He is a great dentist that seems to care about the patients level of care. I also found a billing error - i was told that I would not be billed an additional fee for a service and today I learned that not only was I billed but the insurance carrier was billed too. There is a young lady in the office who seemed to have an attitude and sort of scolded me about flossing more. I felt like she was really talking down on me which made me feel really bad. I knew after she serviced me that I would not return! Sorry Dr Beard, loved your service and care but can do without the ridicule and the extra charges!

Great Doctor. He has been a family friend since forever my teeth are in the best shape they have ever been I would definitly recommend Dr. Beard!

Word of mouth is the most reliable source of information if you want the true story. Dr. Beard is an extremely conscientious and considerate doctor. Thorough and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, he stays up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in dentistry but practical and wise in his analysis and application in determining what treatment plan is most appropriate for each patient.
In such a fast-past and cost driven economy, Dr. Beard is flexible in scheduling and does not rush his patients. He takes time to do "EXACTLY" what is best for the patient and strives to meet the desired needs and outcomes that every patient seeks when looking for an overall dental program. I spent years lookings for a doctor who cared about my pain, my needs, who did not rush me, and who would listen to me.
He is not one who schedules you when it is convenient for him only, or milks my insurance dollars away with finite or unnecessary services and treatments in order to "stretch" visits or "PAD-THE-BILL". He is just as respectful of my time, and my money as he is of his own.
