Quality of service is absolutely unmatched. My family has complete trust and admiration for Dr Peterson and her friendly staff. I really appreciate the candor with which she will patiently explain all you want to know, and her abundant kindness and humor. Her expertise makes visits to her office quick and pleasant. I've been to other dentists over the years due to health plan changes but I will stray no more. Erika is the best!

Dr. Peterson is very nice and cordial. She is professional in what she does, as far as I know, being the parent of her patients. The cost is also within range.
However the office manager as she calls herself is horrible. She is very condescending, self-righteous and is not very smart in doing what she does.
We have been with the dentist for three years, after we got the recommendation from one of our friends of this dentist.
Recently there was a overdue payment issue with our insurance. The dental office manager pushed us to pay ourselves, even though after my three conversations with the insurance company, it turned out to be the wrong policy number being submitted from the dental office. We do not mind paying ourselves, just wanted to find out why the insurance didnt pay.
However the office manager instead forced us to pay out of pocket ourselves. Later on, after I got the insurance company rep on the phone to confirm the situation, the dental office sent a letter saying that from now on, we should pay out of pocket up front for every visit.
It is a hassle to deal with this kind of situation. We decided to change doctor unfortunately.

I've been seeing Dr. Peterson for a number of years. She's friendly, thorough, professional and skilled, with a capable, competent, friendly staff (though her staff has frequently changed). Her general dentistry is excellent, and the cosmetic work she did for me nearly 10 years ago (two crowns on front teeth) is still holding up well. My ONLY complaint is that those crowns are clearly crowns -- there's a tell-tale pencil-line dark shadow where gum meets tooth, unlike real teeth where the gum touching the enamel is just pink gum over white tooth. I have recommended Dr. Erika to friends and family, and I recommend her to you, too!
