I had my first appointment with Dr. Simonian and after reviewing the xrays and looking in my mouth, offered me several options to fix what needed attention. He seems very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered the office. All in all, I had an excellent experience

Back in Dec. 2010 I had plaque cleaning that involved a molar. In the process, Dr. Michael Simonian accidentally hit a nerve and had me right away transferred to an out-of-network specialist named Dr. Darin Kajioka who treated my bleeding molar with a root canal surgery but cost me an out-of-pocket expense of $671 because my insurance didn't cover all the bills. About 3 weeks after it healed, I went back to have a crown installed on said molar which broke off just after a month. Went back again to have it replaced and no more than 3 months after, it broke off again. I never went back again and never will again. His hands were heavy, x-ray procedures were very uncomfortable, and numb shots were painful.
About Front Desk: Staff were friendly and courteous and didn't have problem with scheduling. The specialist referral was very bad.
