I went to the Mallard Creek Church office and it was a disaster. Do not go there. The dentist gave me a severe bruise when he injected me. This caused my mouth to get stuck so that I could not open it more than half way for 4 months. I had to go to an oral surgen to help me loosen it up, which was very painful and I had to pay for myself. To top it off, the tooth I originally came in for is still in a lot of pain. They did not take a single dollar off the bill. So, I had to pay full price to be put in a lot of pain, without any relief from my original problem.

Dr. Perkins is very personable and caring. His facilities are "state of the art" and comfortable. He seems to be a more conservative dentists and prefers to fix things before they break or are in need of immediate repair.

Dr.Perkins takes care of you. He doesn't push cosmetics (unless if you need it or want it), he's only concerned with your well being and the genuine care of your teeth.
