I went to the Mallard Creek Church office and it was a disaster. Do not go there. The dentist gave me a severe bruise when he injected me. This caused my mouth to get stuck so that I could not open it more than half way for 4 months. I had to go to an oral surgen to help me loosen it up, which was very painful and I had to pay for myself. To top it off, the tooth I originally came in for is still in a lot of pain. They did not take a single dollar off the bill. So, I had to pay full price to be put in a lot of pain, without any relief from my original problem.
