After having an 1100 dollar cleaning that took the hygienist only 1/2 hour, i had a balance left from my insurance compamy. Dr's office never contacted me about this balance, and when I inquired it took no less than 6 months and numerous phone calls to get my money back. Talk about unethical, I'm sure they would have never contacted me about the moneyb that was due to me (they told me it had to go through their accountant...funny because they certaintly accepted my money fast enough) I have never been back, and will never go back to this office.

Dentists hands did not seem very stable. I got a few fillings done, most of which have not bothered me. However, immediately after one was filled, it continued to hurt for weeks and the bite felt off. I went in to see if it could be fixed. She attempted to shave it down, but really did not do much looking to see where it was off. She seemed very unsure of what was wrong. I left the office after it was shaved down, and it continued to hurt for weeks. I went in 2 more times (3 total), each time she shaved it down a little more. I even tried to show her where it was off because I could feel it with my tongue, but she seemed unsure each time and failed to get rid of my pain each time. After a few months, my teeth must have naturally grinded it down themselves, because it no longer bothers me. She was no help. I am in the process of getting a new dentist, called the office for a copy of my dental xrays and after being asked if I was leaving her office, I said yes, I was told there would be a fee for the copy of MY xrays that I allready paid for! My guess is that there would be no fee if I had not said that I was planning on seeing a new dentist. I have never had an office tell me that there was a fee for MY xrays before!!
About Hygienist: What a shame about the dentist, because the hygienist is really really amazing! Maybe the best I've had! Dentist worst I've had!

Extremely poor care. Dishonest billing and incredibly rude staff. Dr. Taddey needs to brush up on her skills and needs to run her practice like a professional. An abusive, disgraceful experience. I have to have the crowns she did, pulled out and redone. Keep away if you want to hold on to your teeth and dignity.

Great customer service and great Hygenist. Filling had to be redone as metal guard would not come out. One year later, the tooth has a cavity again.
About Hygienist: Dr. Taddey has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable and calm.

I went to Dr. Taddy with tooth pain, but she was unable to locate the problem. She decided to handle some other cosmetic problems in the hope it would alleviate my pain. Seemed like everything she touched, she made worse (accidentally pulled off a permanent crown and then told me I'd have to pay to have it replaced!). She was never able to locate my initial problem, so I finally went to another dentist who saw the problem right away and corrected it.

Dr. Tracy Taddey will change your mind about seeing the dentist. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and very efficient. I had a lot of work done and my pain was minimal, considering. Dr. Taddey took the time to call me at home that evening to see how I felt...a very welcome surprise! I have sent many friends and all have had rave reviews.

Wow. Really amazing. Had two cavities filled and a crown yesterday and what can I say... I didn't feel a thing! The work looks great. Kusdos to Dr. Tracy and her staff.

Wow, what can I say. I had two cavities filled this morning and i didn't feel a thing! Dr. Tracy and her staff were super helpful and I didn't have to wait at all when I arrived.

Great Dentist, she did two of my crowns and they turned out very well. I never feel the shots and she is really gentle.
