Dr. Orstill had been my dentist for many years and I used to recommend him highy. His hygienest Sally is terrific and can calm even the most nervous patient. Unfortunately- and perhaps because they are very busy-I have felt that their service has slipped. The receptionist got my appt. day confused and was not that apologetic when I told her I had driven 40 minutes and hired a babysitter to make my appt. Additionally, after getting three filllings replaced and having pain days later, the dentist did not want to see me back-he said I should get a route canal from an endodontist. In genral, the customer service has slipped but it was excellent for many years. The office is lovely and most procedures painless. They do not use dental dams to replace fillings however-and this bothered me.

Dr. Jon is really nice, and very flexible. First dentist I've found in years that really cares about the patient.

What's not to love. Gentle, caring, smart, funny. The entire staff puts you to ease from the moment you walk into the office.
Oh! I nearly forgot. Some of the best views of San Francisco can be had from each of the dental chairs.

Dr. Onstil is the best medical care practitioner I've ever had. He and his staff are kind and caring. After nearly a decade of no dental insurance, I was determined to get my mouth taken care of. Dr. Ornstil helped my identify the best things I could do and helped me do them. After orthodontia, when I still had some problems with some of my teeth, Dr. Ornstil put veneers on several of my teeth that look fantastic. The next time I went to my orhtodontist, they didn't even realize I had veneers.

His staff is wonderful, friendly, and make you feel very at ease. He is not pushy, but he is aggressive about your dental health.

Great staff, great facility, great doctor. Although he is probably average cost for a dentist, if work needs to be done and he didn't specify it in the initial examination, he does it for free!

Dr. Ornstil has been our family dentist for over ten years. Everyone in our family sees him. He is great with kids especially teenagers, of which I have three !

Dr. Ornstil is the best dentist I've ever had. And the views of Coit tower / Alcatraz are a great plus while sitting in the chair... highly recommended!
