I've had a lot of dentist trauma, Dr. Hsu was the best I've ever had. He made it so that I started trusting dentist again. He explains everything to you before and while he's doing the procedures. He is very gentle and considerate. He remembers me when I come into the office and I feel welcome. I don't even feel the numbing shot because he makes things pain free. If your fearful at all- you should try Dr. Hsu because he is great.

Dr. Hsu was my dentist for 15 years until I moved away from the area. His personal conduct and competence were always excellent, and I have never had a complaint about the medical results. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the reception and billing staff at Hui Dental Group, which is where he practices. The staff tended to be rude and arrogant, even when they made a billing mistake! I also had orthodontic work done by another DDS who no longer works at Hui Dental Group. I don't recommend that, because Hui Dental didn't replace the orthodontist when he left, and simply dropped the ball, leaving treatment for which I'd already paid incomplete!

Dr Hsu is my dentist for the past 4 years. He did quite a few fillings and 3 crowns for me including the 2 front teeth and I'm very happy with the results. He always explains what he is going to do before the procedure. He is very friendly and calm. I would highly recommend him.
