Dr. Hsu was my dentist for 15 years until I moved away from the area. His personal conduct and competence were always excellent, and I have never had a complaint about the medical results. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the reception and billing staff at Hui Dental Group, which is where he practices. The staff tended to be rude and arrogant, even when they made a billing mistake! I also had orthodontic work done by another DDS who no longer works at Hui Dental Group. I don't recommend that, because Hui Dental didn't replace the orthodontist when he left, and simply dropped the ball, leaving treatment for which I'd already paid incomplete!
