i actually love going to dr kim. he's the first dentist that i'm not scared to go to. everyone is very friendly and i'm never in any pain!

He is a good dentist, I however, have difficulty staying anestisized thru-out the procedures. Sometimes question his decisions on solving a problem.

I had amalgam cavities removed and replaced. I felt this was fairly toxic process and had mercury chips in my mouth at the end of my session.
My poor experience with this office was with billing. I was billed incorrectly several times and then let them know. After they seemingly corrected it all, I sent another letter asking to clarify my charges as they had grossly underestimated the cost of what my insurance would cover. This was a very unpleasant process, and in the end, they sent a letter "Pay or get this will get sent to a collection agency!" I could not believe they would treat their patients this way. I have perfect credit, so I promptly paid, but would like to share my experience so others will not have to go through this unexpectedly. It's important to be clear on costs before you get your services..
About Hygienist: The hygienist was very good, however, has since left the office.

Dr. Kim's hygienist is excellent. Educates well & little discomfort. Dr. Kim is prompt and courteous. If you do not have insurance, be sure to ask the cost of the procedure before it is performed.
