I went to Dr. Lilly a couple of times for cleanings. I felt she did a good job with that, although I'm still wondering if a "deep cleaning" she convinced me to get was necessary. My main complaint, and the reason I'm looking for a new dentist, is that her assistant was rather condescending in the way she talked to me. Also, while Dr. Lily was working on me, she shouted across the office at her assistant about information on my dental records. I didn't appreciate her sharing my info with everyone else in the office. Lastly, while the office was clean, it definitely wasn't hi-tech. The machines seemed older and the office lacked many of the amenities other dentists have.

Dr. Lilly is a very nice person. She is easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care about your well being. However, I found her to be a little rough in the way she carries out the procedures. I received scaling and some fillings from her and still feel some pain a month later (more than I had before I went). Overall I think she is competent, just not very gentle. She also has an annoying habit of talking about you to her technicians as if you aren't there. Her staff was very helpful with figuring out what my insurance would cover, and she was very willing to work with me to keep my expenses as low as possible. I ended up spending a lot of money, but I don't think that's her fault.

Fun atmosphere. Very relaxed. The staff are very friendly and Dr Lilly is a no nonsense dentist. I felt very safe in her hands. Would definitely recommend to others.
