I had a very small chipped front tooth that was repaired many years ago. When that fell out I went to Wayne the hack. Instead of cutting the tooth in a dovetail he cut it square, and the patch immediately fell out. That in turn required this ass to grind my whole tooth down to a nub and to put on this hideous looking and terrible feeling cap. While he was at it he told me I had gum disease and needed a deep, extra special cleaning. I asked him how much, then agreed, however when I got billed the price quadrupled. That's when he told me the quoted price was for 1/4 of the procedure, which they made me come back four times to complete. The final bill was close to $3000 when it should have been a fraction of that ! DO NOT USE THIS BUTCHER, He's greedy, narcissistic, and a lying thief. He's constantly getting sued and needs to be disbarred from practicing . I'm going on a mission to expose this criminal...

Needed 1 root canal. Was told I needed 4 extractions, 19 root canals and 28 crowns. Initial cost = $40K. 9 years, 11 surgeries and $250K later, I'm without any teeth thanks to him. Currently working with WTAE to perform a story on him and dental regulations in PA. If you've been a victim of the #ButcherOfBridgeville please contact me directly and I will put you in touch with the investigative reporter. Only WE can stop this man. Keith.Wolsko@gmail.com

I went to Dr. Dibartola for an evaluation and cleaning. I ended up with 2 root canals and 2 crowns costing over 3000 dollars. It seemed to go okay as far as I know. Not sure what goes on under a crown once it is there. They had Care Credit to assist me with the large copay balance. However, now I need more dental work on other teeth due to old filling break down. Dr. Dibartola said I would likely need another root canal. For whatever reason I started looking on line and found bad reviews on Angies List, Dr oogle and Rate MD. This concerned me since the work will be extensive and expensive. So I called the office and spoke to a woman who answered. She made light of my concern about the poor ratings online and brushed me off. So I politely asked for the office manager Lisa. After a long wait Lisa got on the phone and had me on speaker phone! When I asked why I was on speaker she had no response. I asked if she thought that was funny. She had no interest in learning about all the rating sites and what they might say. She said Dibartollas Dad was working on cleaning them up?#? How does that help the level of care or addressing my legitimate concern? My interaction was very disappointing with Lisa and Lisa was unprofessional in handling my concerns.

About Front Desk: Lisa the office manager was unprofessional and immature. the receptionist who took my call seemed to belittle my concerns.

this man might have been a good football player, but he's surely not a good dentist. Nice person, bad dentist. Very rough, and makes his staff (girls) do most of work( that you are paying top dollar for) do. My lower jaw is a complete mess due to his lack of knowledge in implanting. Having other dentists see his work, and shake their heads..... His office staff is very nice, and really, he's not a bad person, he's just not a good dentist, and I've heard from others he does work that's not even necessary, like root canals. If i had only fillings, I'd be okay going to him, but anything else............no way..

About Front Desk: very nice staff

About Hygienist: cleaning, they try to get you to have laser work done for 80+. each time. very fast work, but the girls are nice.

I know this doctor: 2-3 YRS.

The worst Dentist ever, he did work on my aging mother and it was not needed and she got an infection, we were going to sue him, but my mother was too upset, he did reduce the high fee to zero only after he heard from our lawyer.

I am highly disappointed in the service provided by Dr. Dibartola's office. He and his staff are very nice people, however, they provide sub-par services, recommend unnecessary treatments (which are extremely expensive), and prey on people who haven't been to the dentist in years. They tell you it's OK, but make you feel bad at the same time. I have had an unnecessary root canal and an unnecessary cap on a tooth with a tiny cavity -- both of which needed to be replaced within 6 months of placement. The poorly placed caps and poor quality fillings I received have caused my bite to be misaligned...and now I have to have additional dental work to correct this problem. Further, I was diagnosed with gingivitis and told the treatment would cost $2000. After switching to a dentist closer to my new home, I found out that I do not even have gingivitis. I have very healthy gums and teeth--my only problem was going to an incompetent dentist! I have never had dental problems until I went to Dr. Dibartola. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone.
