not only did this dentist try to poach me from my existing periodontist when I told her that I already had a periodontist, here it is at least 5 years later and she keeps soliciting me for new work. So unprofessional.

A very caring dentist. She provides additional advice for your overall dental and physical health. Yes I would recommend her to others for general dentistry. I went for my routine cleaning and she was very thorough.

I am lucky I have only had cleanings done, and one filling. Dr. Jones-Dove made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure to me. I am happy with my filling. You can not tell where my filling is.

I heard from Dr. Jones through a friend who is a patient of hers. I had a crown put on but was giving me problems. I wanted a second opinion and that's how i found out about Dr. Jones. She's so caring and wants to make it right the first time. My crown wasn't the problem, it was the inflamation in my gums due to early perodontal disease :( Dr. Jones saved my teeth!

Dr. Lynette has breathed new life into the practice. She has updated the facility and added state of the art procedures. She is very thorough in her examination and has a very caring yet professional manner. In addition, she shows great concern for the surrounding community through her outreach programs. I get cleanings 2 or 3 times a year which are very thorough. The office staff has always been very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Lynette.

About Front Desk: The staff is always very friendly. They are very helpful to Dr. Lynette in confirming appointments and sending out reminders by phone and mail.

About Hygienist: Dr. Lynette usually cleans my teeth. She began as a Hygienist before going on to dental school so is much better than the previous dentists at cleaning teeth.

Dr. Jones-Dove is the best ever. She is very caring and always advises you to take care of your teeth. She is very professional, smart, loving, and willing to share informaton that you can take home to help you take care of your dential hygene. She is expensive, yet her cost is in alignment with the service she provides, so I dont mine paying for great service.

About Hygienist: Hygienist has the same professional attitude as Dr Jones-Dove, she was very caring and my teeth got clean witout bleeding.

Implants and cosmetic work were the goal but it was delayed once the prep work was completed because Dr. Dove-Jones consulted with a colleague and changed the plans for how to reach the goal. After I expressed concerns about how I would be able to eat upon implementation of her new plans, things came to a halt and all I got were excuses for why it was taking so long for her to come up with a solution to my concerns. Several months passed and I did not hear from Dr. Dove-Jones and when I called her, she did not take my calls nor would she return them, even though prior to this, I was able to talk to Dr. Dove-Jones each time I called. When I finally talked to her, which was only when I went in for my next cleaning, Dr. Dove-Jones placed the blame on her colleague. During my appointment, she called the office of her colleague and told me that his office will get with me to go over the plans to address my concerns. I received a call from her colleague's office stating that they have been going back and forth with Dr. Dove-Jones trying to get her restorative plans but she has not submitted the plans and until they receive the plans from her they cannot proceed. Overall, I lost over $2,000 (abutement and FSA).

About Hygienist: Don't remember her name, I changed dentist in 2012. However, she was gentle, pleasant and did a great job, even though there were times when Dr. Dove-Jones would go behind her as if the hygienist did not do a good job--which I did not understand. Even though both Dr. Jones and the hygienist were nice, I was most pleased and comfortable with the hygienist doing the cleaning, it was more relaxing and I didn't get nearly as wet.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the services of Dr. Jones-Dove. She cares for her patients, as she would family, providing them with a clean and sanitary environment, and with personal attention. Dr. Jones- Dove is thorough, cares about the oral health, and takes extra measures to educate and prevent. She keeps herself educated and updated with the current procedures and technologies, to be used within her office. Dr. Jones- Dove is very reliable, and greets her patients with a smile . We love Dr. Jones- Dove and her staff, and appreciate all that they do for their patients and the community. Eric and Wendy Gray
