She is absolutely abrasive, out-of-order, and simply don't give a damn that you just spent $6000 for damn Invisalign treatment of which she doesn't do anything. The dental hygienist does all the work. She comes in the room and poke in your month without saying a word. She is condescending and disrespectful! I asked to get a different doctor only after I got my first set of aligners as she made it a horrible experience for me!!! They asked me to give her another chance, but I doubt that since she makes me feel like she is an evil witch who is coming in the room to kill me with insults and frustration. no patient pays thousands of dollars to be ignored, disrespected, and abused!!! I also seems as if the office staff is afraid of her....Well guess what, I am NOT I am the one is paying this damn bill. If no patients go there, they wouldn't be in business. This street kid really needs to learn how to be a civilized human being, as there is nothing professional about her. I am absolutely frustrated already and I am only on my first set of aligners. This is SAD and not to mention scandalous

Bad dentist. Do not be lured by the free whitening offers. Facilities are small, no privacy when settling bills, discussing treatment issues, etc (done in front of waiting room). The staff is really nice otherwise though. They just need to adjust their privacy procedures. Dr. Robertson has a mediocre-poor bedside manner, very indifferent towards me as a patient. I saw her for about 9 months and never felt an ounce of rapport with her. I never felt like she took the time to investigate my concerns properly after dental procedures. Instead she would just chalk it up to X,Y, or Z without asking questions, re-examining, etc, in order to rule out other possibilities first. I had a procedure done by her and it was really painful (im no wuss), which makes me question her anesthetic skills (had same procedure done in past painlessly). At my follow up appt following my procedure, she never even asked how things went with the healing process...she acted like it never happened. I felt like I was just a number there and that this place is just a dental assembly line. I would never go back there and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to the Marquis Dental Spa for the first time in January and I met Dr. Robertson. I was very surprised of how nice the office was and even more surprised at the fact that they did my veneers. I am so happy with my new smile and I have only Dr. Robertson to thank :) I recommend this place very highly!!
About Hygienist: The cleaning was extremly thourough and painless. I was very happy with the end result.
