Dr Faulk was great, the hygienist was a little rough but thorough. The only problem I had was the receptionist. She was nice and told me they filed my insurance. What I didn't get from her was that they don't participate with any insurance so I would be responsible for the charges not paid by my insurance. Had I known that, I would've gone with another dentist. Overall it was a miscommunication and an, "I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding", would have gone far, but instead the rudeness that was shown to me when I questioned the charges was unnecessary and not customer service at it's best.

Dr. Faulk is great at what he does! He's kind and caring, and he tells it like it is. He tells you the options of your treatment, keeps up to date, and has a wonderful staff! His hygienists are so gentle that I've actually fallen asleep in the chair while they were cleaning! But they're thorough, too: my teeth feel so clean when they're done! My husband and I are nearly 50, and he's been letting us know that we'll need some gum grafting (eventually). Our 2 children have grown up going to him. He recommended their wonderful orthodontist (each had a specific tooth challenge), and helped them through the braces years. Everyone at their office has a great attitude and makes it really a pleasure to go see them!
