Dr Faulk was great, the hygienist was a little rough but thorough. The only problem I had was the receptionist. She was nice and told me they filed my insurance. What I didn't get from her was that they don't participate with any insurance so I would be responsible for the charges not paid by my insurance. Had I known that, I would've gone with another dentist. Overall it was a miscommunication and an, "I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding", would have gone far, but instead the rudeness that was shown to me when I questioned the charges was unnecessary and not customer service at it's best.
