Dr Morimoto is fine. I think he is nice and experienced dentist.
However, his office, receptionist has very bad attitude. They charged me for the amount that were not my responsibility. I asked why, then it was clearly insurance error. I asked nicely to resubmit to insurance. She refused! I called my insurance company and have them call her. She did not apologize.
I liked Dr Morimoto, but will switch dentist (we have many good dentists) because of his office staff.

Friendly, punctual, excellent, he is not a specialist so he doesn't try to treat you himself if it requires advanced work (no double billing), instead he refers you to a competent specialist

Myles is our family dentist, we have a family of seven and have been with Dr. Myles for six years, so we have the equivalent experience with him that one person would have after 42 years, there is a lot of collective experience here. We have had cleanings, fillings,extractions, root canals, crowns and veneers. Never a problem with any procedure. Pain management is excellent, cost was generally born by insurance but when it was not, he has shown patience and a willingness to work with our situation. When there has been an insurance issue, they have done the work of working it out with the insurance company. His chair side manner is as good as it gets, the hygienist is friendly and good at her job, the front desk is also friendly, informed, helpful, and good at sending post-cards to remind of an upcoming appointment, or when a routine cleaning is due. They also have generally called to remind of an appointment to confirm. Everyone in our family likes the whole staff there.

excellent care.. my daughter had her 1st fillings there at age 6...no pain ..his and his staff make it a stress free experience..she felt nothing..local asesthesia was perfectly placed
Sometime later I took her to a local Pediatric Dentist, office was over crowded with kids and technique was..well ,....painfull
we are going back to dr morimoto!
