Dr Morimoto is fine. I think he is nice and experienced dentist.
However, his office, receptionist has very bad attitude. They charged me for the amount that were not my responsibility. I asked why, then it was clearly insurance error. I asked nicely to resubmit to insurance. She refused! I called my insurance company and have them call her. She did not apologize.
I liked Dr Morimoto, but will switch dentist (we have many good dentists) because of his office staff.
