Totally upsells to the point that it is obvious. Even on my cleaning appointment he came in and tried to upsell me like he had done on my exam 6 weeks before. The white (grayish) lab coat he wears must be 10 years old, looks worn out on the cuffs, dingy grayish color. Feel like I'm at a car dealership. Won't go back.
About Hygienist: A little rough and hurt my gums, stopped cleaning so she could talk and it took a lot more time for my cleaning than it should have.

Always tries to upsell services. After exam, he leaves the room so quickly, that you can't even say goodbye to him. Charged me to repair problem which was their fault. Office staff friendly and competent, as are the assistants and hygienists.

Dr. Rogers is the best. He is kind and caring but also does excellent work. He is a good listener and goes out of his way to find and fix your tooth problem.
