I have been to see Dr. Rausa for a cleaning, a crown and a filling. She does a great job, and the staff is professional and helpful. I would completely recommend Dr. Rausa - even if you're a little dentist-shy. She works quickly, makes sure that you are not in pain during all procedures.

Dr. Rausa has been my personal destist for almost ten years now and I only trust her for my dental needs! I feel completely comfortable refering my family and friends to her.
She has done all of my cleanings, a root canal and a crown and I have been happy with all of my procedures.

Dr Rausa actually runs her own practice and does most of the work. When was the last time you had an actual Dentist spend time on your teeth instead of having an assistant do all the work and then have the Dentist just breeze through?
Definately a nice break from the drive through Mc-practices I have visited before

I have been a patient of Dr. Rausa for six years. I would recommend her to anyone! She's great! Gentle, smart, kind and really does care about her patients.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. She started a root canal on me and did not finish it in one day because she said she didn't have enough time, even though I heard her on the phone telling someone she'd be home for lunch. She wanted me to return in a week. All that day I cried in agony, well the next day I was is so much pain that I could not finish the day at work. I went home around 8p and paged Dr. Rausa around 9p. I continued to page her from 9p to 12p numerous times, she never once called me back. I ended up going to the emergency room that night. I called her office the next morning, even in the morning she never called me back. She asked me if I paged her last night, and told me it was the middle of the night and thats why she did not call me back. I told her she was responsible for being unavailable to me, she said she in no way felt responsible, even though her phone said to page her for after hours emergencies. 9p is not late if your a doctor and a patient needs you. My ER visit cost me as much as I paid her. My face was infected and swollen up like a softball was in my cheek. She seemed totally uncaring, and had no regard for all the pain I was in. Don't see this dentist.

Outstanding. Dr. Rausa is very gentle and very concerned that the patient feels as little pain as possible. She guided me through fixing my gums after I quit smoking, has affixed crowns, has done just about everything short of a root canal. The facilities are a bit less than luxurious but her staff and her services more than make up for the small minuses. I'm very happy with her services.
