I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. She started a root canal on me and did not finish it in one day because she said she didn't have enough time, even though I heard her on the phone telling someone she'd be home for lunch. She wanted me to return in a week. All that day I cried in agony, well the next day I was is so much pain that I could not finish the day at work. I went home around 8p and paged Dr. Rausa around 9p. I continued to page her from 9p to 12p numerous times, she never once called me back. I ended up going to the emergency room that night. I called her office the next morning, even in the morning she never called me back. She asked me if I paged her last night, and told me it was the middle of the night and thats why she did not call me back. I told her she was responsible for being unavailable to me, she said she in no way felt responsible, even though her phone said to page her for after hours emergencies. 9p is not late if your a doctor and a patient needs you. My ER visit cost me as much as I paid her. My face was infected and swollen up like a softball was in my cheek. She seemed totally uncaring, and had no regard for all the pain I was in. Don't see this dentist.
