Read Reviews for Dr. Charles Doolittle
Dr. Doolittle is fantastic. He's been my dentist for 15+ years, ever since grade school. Nice guy, good 'bedside manner', and a skilled dentist when I needed some more serious work done. When Dr. Doolittle is unavailable, I've also seen Dr. White, who I felt equally comfortable with. The staff has always been professional and friendly when going in for my routine checkups. Perhaps a bit pricey without insurance (like all dentists), but I've always trusted them with my teeth!

I have been a patient of Dr Doolittle for many many years. I moved out of town several years ago, but still drive back to have him complete all of the dental work for my family. My kids are 9 and 12 and have never seen any other dentist. He's not a pediatric dentist, but he knows how to handle kids and mine love him and all of the staff. When my kids were little they would get upset if I was going to see Dr Doolittle and they did not get to come along.
Dr Doolittle has handled everything from routine fillings to root canals and has always been completely upfront and honest. I have NEVER had the feeling that he was suggesting treatment that was not necessary. In fact, he has recommended AGAINST a treatment that I wanted because he did not think it would be worth my money. Cost wise, I think he is pretty much in line with any other dentist that has the kind of experience he has.
As far as chair side manner, he is a character. He is always funny and has a very easy manner about him. He even has nicknames for my kids that he remembers from when they were tiny!
I honestly hope he does not plan to retire any time soon because I really do not want to look for another dentist!!

I was a student at Colorado College, and suddenly my entire chin swelled up like a baseball. The CC campus clinic recommended Dr. Doolittle, and he performed a double root canal later that same day (a Sunday!). No nurses were available on such short notice, so one of the other dentists came in to assist. The two of them told me jokes while they were operating and made me feel very relaxed. The best part was that he knew I'd have trouble getting my painkiller prescription filled quickly on a Sunday, so he made sure to give me extra shots of Novacaine right before I left his office so I wouldn't be in pain while my prescription was filled. And then he personally called me the next day to ask me how I was doing. I later went back for a cracked tooth, and Dr. Doolittle repaired it with a gold crown that other dentists have complimented several times.
CC has a Division I hockey team, and this is where players go when they get hit in the mouth with sticks and pucks. They could go anywhere (especially since the CC is paying) but they go to Dr. Doolittle. I think that says a lot.
If I still lived in C Springs, I'd definitely use Dr. Doolittle. He's a expensive, but worth it.
