The entire staff is excellent and caring. Dr. Matsui and his hygienist are both very thorough and listen to all of my concerns. They are proactive in my care and I very much appreciate that.

Dr Matsui and his team are among the most competent, reliable and effective dental teams in the Front Range. Dr. Matsui once left a holiday party to come in to the office to see me for a dental emergency. He also came in on a Saturday when no other time would work to finish my dental implant. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty in Dr. Matsui's office. Finally, I've heard other dental professionals refer to Dr Matsui as an "artist". His crowns and dental implants look like the real thing and are of the highest quality.

Dr. Matsui has been my dentist for at least 15 years. He and his staff are top-notch in attitude, service, knowledge and skills. Dr. Tom and his staff recently did two implants and veneers on my two front teeth. What an improvement in my smile and it was a very pleasant experience. They spend time talking you through what they plan to do - treatment plan - then you have an opportunity to discuss it openly. They all have such great personalities - helpful, ease the 'fear' of the dentist/hygienists chair.
The implant procedure was awesome - the surgeon Dr Tom referred me to was very good, very thorough. There was no panic on my part because of the demeanor and patience both of these men exhibited.
They are a huge success with my son's family of 5. They come from Europe to Dr. Tom. Only dentist they will see.

I have been seeing Dr. Matsui for over 12 years and find his whole practice, demeanor, chairside manner, office staff, and hygienists to be outstanding. I've only have positive experiences and the treatment schemes are state of the art. I've also never had any insurance or billing problems. Facilities are excellent and office staff are professional and courteous. I have recommended Dr. Matsui to family and friends and they have been similarly impressed.

Both my son and I have been going to Dr Matsui's practice for about 10 years, and have never had a negative experience. The dental hygeinists are the best (Heather and Erin especially!), never complaining when my son, who has been going there since he's been 2, wants to use the squirter thingie one more time. The equipment is very cutting edge, and the whole facility is pleasant-looking and clean. Some procedures may be priced a bit higher than other practices, but to me, it's worth it to have such great customer service.
