Ms. Dr. Burns is such a great dentist she is my favorite. I didn't feel any pain, and she did my filling quick with no problem. Next time I will be sure to make another visit any time I need dental work.

My first visit with Dr. Burns was excellent! She did a through exam of my mouth and Xrays and discussed all of my options for the repair of a very, infected and damaged tooth. She didnot push me into having a root canal, even though it would be most profitable for her practice. She is honest and most qualified! I would reccommend her without hesitation. Serena in the front office is extremely helpful. The office is beautiful.

Dr. Burns performed a root canal therapy procedure for me and was very professional and caring. Her staff was pleasant. The surroundings were I would "luxurious". Beautiful office space. The fee was almost twice what most other endodontists charge in the Atlanta area. You can find a reasonably priced endodontist who does good work (there are alot of people in profession who really don't do good work, and the good endodontists end up cleaning up the inferior work of the bad ones). My particular root canal therapy was rather simple (i.e. not a huge molar with difficult canals). The price was $1500. Time will tell whether the procedure was a success so I'll ahvae to wait to see. If its not a success I'll have to find someone else. I can't afford to pay $1500 twice for a failed root canal. These services are unnecessarily expensive to begin with but I felt Dr. Burn's fees were pretty high up there.

Absolutely amazing! I was referred to Dr. Burns for a consultation for tooth pain and a possible root canal. From the the moment I stepped into her office, I received incredible service and support from the entire staff.
Dr. Burns took the to explain to me everything that was important, answering any question, big or small, that I had with sincerity and thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and confident with her diagnosis. I was then able to schedule the actual appointment in a timely manner, and received the same great customer service during my second visit. A root canal is nothing I would ever want to have again, but made absolutely she sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. She stopped to explain the procedure, allowed me to have breaks when needed, and was extremely thorough with everything that she did. I felt confident that I was in good hands, and just got a good feeling from her and the work she was performing. She even took the time to personally call me the night following my procedure to make sure that I was feeling alright. Dr. Burns is kind, intelligent, and great at what she does. I will recommend her to anyone in need of an endodontist.

Dr. Burns is very gentle and does not want you to feel any pain associated with the treatments you receive. My dentist always sends me to her for endodontic work. I will always go to her. If you go to her make sure you have time because you appointment could take a while.

Dr. Burns takes the pain out of going to the dentist. She is very sensitive with your teeth and will help you to relax. I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who has had problems with dentist being insensitive with their teeth. She makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

Absolutely fabulous dentist--I wish I could go to her for everything. She is caring and compassionate and very sensitive to patient's needs. She also has a top notch staff.

Dr. Burns is caring, gentle and professional. She performed a root canal on myself and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her services. She called me later that evening to check up on me and I really appreciated that. I need a lot of dental work due to past injuries and I am going to have Dr. Burns handle all of my future care. She is a genuinly caring person. You'll really like her.
