Absolutely amazing! I was referred to Dr. Burns for a consultation for tooth pain and a possible root canal. From the the moment I stepped into her office, I received incredible service and support from the entire staff.
Dr. Burns took the to explain to me everything that was important, answering any question, big or small, that I had with sincerity and thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and confident with her diagnosis. I was then able to schedule the actual appointment in a timely manner, and received the same great customer service during my second visit. A root canal is nothing I would ever want to have again, but made absolutely she sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. She stopped to explain the procedure, allowed me to have breaks when needed, and was extremely thorough with everything that she did. I felt confident that I was in good hands, and just got a good feeling from her and the work she was performing. She even took the time to personally call me the night following my procedure to make sure that I was feeling alright. Dr. Burns is kind, intelligent, and great at what she does. I will recommend her to anyone in need of an endodontist.
