Dr. Saraf and his staff did an excellent job treating my double root canal. They did an absolutely terrific job explaining the procedure on my “extra complicated” molars. I was nervous about the possibility of pain, but they used “enough” Novocain to completely numb the treatment area and the nitrous oxide I requested relieved my anxiety and made things so much easier (as did closing my eyes). They scheduled an appointment at 11:45 (when most would be taking lunch or closing for the day on Friday) AND FINISHED by 1:45 with only a short break between teeth which made me feel extremely confident in the work they performed. I haven’t felt ANY PAIN since leaving the office (other than from the Novocain injection sites, which figures). As far as the price for the treatment goes, well, what can I say; getting a discount because of a referral from a “partnered” dentist is better than NOT getting a discount at all. I’ll just have to adjust to current prices. If I ever have to get another root canal when I’m in the Atlanta area and not in my “home area,” THEY will be my first choice! Professional, painless, prompt, personable, and precise.

Had root canal performed and procedure and pain level was average. Pain continued 6 weeks later, he prescribed antibiotics twice due to continued pain. After two rounds of antibiotics I went back for a redo. Now my tooth continues to hurt, I can’t chew on it, and I have spent hundreds of dollars and endured time and pain. Dr Saraf recommended I have the tooth pulled, I have exhausted all my dental benefits and am out of luck.

I was in major pain and Dr. Saraf made time to see me on a Sunday afternoon to do the root canal! I had immediate relief from the nerve pain and he could not have been more pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Saraf not only for his skills but his bedside manner and truly caring for his patients!

Dr. Saraf was professional and accommodating. I appreciated his chairside demeanor and compassion. It was my first and hopefully last RCT but it was comfortable and non painful.

It was my 1st and it was a great experience. I was extremely anxious in the beginning but he was very considerate and gentle a well as reassuring.

I was referred to Dr. Sarah by my regular dentist for a root canal. I have had several root canals in the past and this one was the best one I ever had. He was very kind and professional. I only had 1 shot, which I did not feel, The rest of the procedure was pain free. He gave me pain meds and I only needed to take two. He is the best. I would highly recommend him.

Root canal for my son-staff is rude and unprofessional. They are lazy and arrogant. They also do not know how to file a insurance claim and correctly inform patients they have a balance after they have already assured they were paid in full. They send snail mail without a courtesy call, before turning it over to collections. After 4 months of not knowing about the balance i get a call to give my credit call over the phone without an explaination. i then asked for documentation and i was advised it would be sent. i advised once i got the documents to follow up with my insurance company, if owed, i would of course pay. Although this has nothing to do with the doctor he hired them, so he is responsible for my poor experiance. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

Dr. Saraf made the experience bearable and pleasant from what I was dreading to be a painful experience.His hands are steady and his craft assuring. His staff is was friendly and took care of my insurance promptly.
