About Front Desk: Root canal for my son-staff is rude and unprofessional. They are lazy and arrogant. They also do not know how to file a insurance claim and correctly inform patients they have a balance after they have already assured they were paid in full. They send snail mail without a courtesy call, before turning it over to collections. After 4 months of not knowing about the balance i get a call to give my credit call over the phone without an explaination. i then asked for documentation and i was advised it would be sent. i advised once i got the documents to follow up with my insurance company, if owed, i would of course pay. Although this has nothing to do with the doctor he hired them, so he is responsible for my poor experiance. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
