Most clean dental office I have ever visited! In one day they are able to fix a broken crown. They are the only ones in Miami area that have the new "Cerec" a machine I have read about but never seen in person. Basically, looks like one of those new 3d printers. The machine builds/makes the "crown" while you wait. Amazing!!!

I had a bad experience on the business and customer service side. appears to have failed to get insurance to pay (I had no problem), wanted me to pay $550, didn't tell me they no longer accepted my insurance and might well have cleaned and examined my teeth despite the fact they dropped my insurance, leaving me stuck w/ a bill for no reason since I could go elsewhere. Refused to speak to me and the insurance rep told me the Dr. was extremely rude to her on the phone.

Nice manners. Not sure if I trust her. Recommended some treatments immediately and I should have refused her.

About Hygienist: Did not like how she took multiple shots of the same angle to get her X ray perfect.

After dealing with a painful cavity for a long time, I decided to finally face the truth and go to the dentist. I found this dentist through my insurance company's DocFind and went.
Dr Bove is very friendly but yet somehow strange and awkward, but that should be no indication of her skills, right? So after having a look, she told me how in bad shape my molar was and that I needed to have a root canal treatment. I was hesitant, it was the furthest molar to the back and I thought I could do without it, she was very persistent into having me keep it and do the root canal (duh!). So I did. 6 long and painful weeks, sessions that would never end and ridiculous expensive bills even after insurance. I was very unhappy, miserable actually and decided never to return again. Today, no more than 4 or 5 years later, guess what? My whole restored (crown and pillar) molar pops out while chewing gum!!! PLEASE I urge you, stay away from this doctor, look somewhere else.

She is excellent. Great staff and the view from your chair of Brickell Avenue is amazing.
