I had a bad experience on the business and customer service side. appears to have failed to get insurance to pay (I had no problem), wanted me to pay $550, didn't tell me they no longer accepted my insurance and might well have cleaned and examined my teeth despite the fact they dropped my insurance, leaving me stuck w/ a bill for no reason since I could go elsewhere. Refused to speak to me and the insurance rep told me the Dr. was extremely rude to her on the phone.
About Front Desk: horrendous. rude. told me i was wrong, rather than trying to understand me.
