Dr. Rausch was the most sensitive, non judgemental, personable,
dentist ever! She gave me back the confidence I needed to smile
and be me. I was in a desperate way taking care of en infant and an ailing mother and wanting to return to the work force. Without Dr Rausch's compassion for my dental needs this wouldn't have been a possibility due to the amount of dental work I needed and lack of resources. Dr. Rausch is passionate about her work and every thing she does is personal. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rausch and her staff.

Rude, egotistical, horrible dentist. There are no words to describe how terrible she is. Stay away.

If there were more stars to give, I would gladly do so.
I am 79 and due to overdoses of Prednisone, years ago,I encountered
bone loss and consequent problems more recently.
Consulting with a dentist and a periodontist,it was suggested
that all my upper teeth, eleven of them, should be extracted, with two or more implants and a plastic plate manufactured. The estimate was $11,000.00.
Luckily, I searched for a second opinion, Dr Rausch was recommended.
After very thoughtful examination with the most up to date equipment,
Dr Rausch suggested a much more conservative treatment path of thorough gum treatment and extracting just one tooth. I happily agreed. I received a much better diagnoses, better treatment and I actually saved money.
Her treatment was a total success. Her expertise saved ten real teeth and the result looked great.
I contribute her diagnosis and plan to her attitude, dedication and experience in saving as many original teeth as possible. To bad this kind of Doctor, who truly cares, is becoming rare.
The staff was terrific, helpful and very courteous.

She is one of the best dentists in the Central Florida area! She may be a bit more expensive that other dentists, but honestly, I believe that you get what you pay for. She is well worth the extra $ and the fact that it is a cash practice. The staff will be more than happy to file insurance for you.
In response to the poor review given... We all have our days and you have no idea of what may have preceeded the reason for her speaking to her staff the way that she did. She has wonderful employees which have been there for quite some time. If she was so horrible, I think she would have more turnover than she does.
Cut her some slack. Unless you have walked in someone's shoes, you need not to judge. I don't care what anyone says, she is, by far, the best dentist I have ever met!
About Hygienist: Kelly is the best hygienist ,ever, too! OK, so I can't say enough good things about this office... Makes up for the bad review given. Who you going to believe? An angry patient looking to badmouth someone or a patient that has been around a good long time?

Dr. Rausch removed the very old fillings and replaced them with new and improved stuff. She has also, in the past, crowned a cracked tooth. It feels completely natural and as if nothing ever happened to it. The receptionist and her staff helping with my procedure were all very kind and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone since I know how detailed she is. I do not have an insurance plan and don't know if her office takes insurance, but I want to go to her because of her skills and knowledge.

I was in a bad car accident, broke my back in two places as well as many other injuries but my broken teeth are what have bothered me in the long-run. The original dentist i went to did not take the time to make my smile look good at all. I was then referred to Dr Rausch by my best friend's father. Over the course of only a few visit's she was able to reconstruct my entire smile! I really appreciated the gentleness and patience she used. She really took the time to make it perfect and i am getting compliments still every day! It is so nice to not have to hide my smile or be self conscious when i speak to people in person. Dr Rausch has changed my life in so many ways with the wonderful work she does! Her Staff is also very kind and took the time to show me how to be careful but take care of my teeth & gums.

I was shocked by the way this doctor talks to her patients and to her staff, I cannot believe how rude she is and how aggressive she can be when you try to ask a few simple questions. Her bills are too expensive for the work she does, even though she is good at passing it off as one of the best around. I totally agree with all the negative reviews and strongly DISAGREE with the positive ones, which I doubt They are all real. My suggestion: avoid this doctor at all costs!!!!!! Just not worth it.

Dr. Rausch turned out to be one of the worst doctors I ever seen. I had a few decays to cure and she charged me 300 $ for the first one, then she began charging more and more each time I went back to cure the other ones, 500 $ and 700 $, telling me how her prices were higher than anyone else simply because she was the best. After curing the last two decays she told me I would need two crowns, at 1,400 $ each, as she claimed theirs were the best in the country! During the last treatment, the 700 $ one, she told me she used a substance to reduce sensitivity, just a brush one the surface, and she charged me 60 $ for that. Two other dentists told me there is no such thing to reduce sensitivity effectively and it would cost much, much less anyway. She also charged me 80 $ for 4 pictures that I wanted to take with me. Having also noticed rust on the tray where she kept her tools, when I questioned the last charge, as it was too high compared to the quote she had given me before, she got mad telling me she was a professional and you pay for experience. I had her work checked by other dentists and her work is just average, nothing special like she claims. A total rip off! Not worth the money.
