Dr. Rausch turned out to be one of the worst doctors I ever seen. I had a few decays to cure and she charged me 300 $ for the first one, then she began charging more and more each time I went back to cure the other ones, 500 $ and 700 $, telling me how her prices were higher than anyone else simply because she was the best. After curing the last two decays she told me I would need two crowns, at 1,400 $ each, as she claimed theirs were the best in the country! During the last treatment, the 700 $ one, she told me she used a substance to reduce sensitivity, just a brush one the surface, and she charged me 60 $ for that. Two other dentists told me there is no such thing to reduce sensitivity effectively and it would cost much, much less anyway. She also charged me 80 $ for 4 pictures that I wanted to take with me. Having also noticed rust on the tray where she kept her tools, when I questioned the last charge, as it was too high compared to the quote she had given me before, she got mad telling me she was a professional and you pay for experience. I had her work checked by other dentists and her work is just average, nothing special like she claims. A total rip off! Not worth the money.
