Worst experience I have ever had! Dr. Frankel was going to fill a "cavity" on my five year old child. The problem was that my child did not have a cavity and Dr. Frankel had the WRONG chart. He had the drill in my child's mouth and was starting to drill when I stopped him. I caught the error. NOT HIM! I am still so horrified by my experience. And there was NO APOLOGY on his part. Only a statement that he had never had the wrong chart before. Then he left the room and never came back. Meanwhile my five year old almost had a hole drilled in a perfectly fine tooth!

Cleaning, crowns and root canal. Also front teeth crowns. The office and staff is terrific. I highly recommend this practice,

He is the best Dentist ever I hardly felt a thing. He made me feel very relaxed eventhough I had to have a major Procedure. I highly recomend Dr. Frankel

Although I listed this practice as somewhat expensive. I don't believe that they are anymore expensive than any other good dental practice. This practice is great. I have been a patient for 15 years since Dr. Frankel began his dental career. I have had cleaning, crowns and whitening. The staff is very competent, very pleasant and the ambiance is terrific -- massage chairs. They are helpful with insurance. I highly recommend this practice. Additionally, they are extremely accomodating in emergencies. Also,I have had my upper front teeth capped last year and this year I am having my botton front teeth capped too. Dr. Frankel is personable, friendly and nice to look at also.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frankel's since he began practice. He is a compassionate person and the staff are excellent.
