Worst experience I have ever had! Dr. Frankel was going to fill a "cavity" on my five year old child. The problem was that my child did not have a cavity and Dr. Frankel had the WRONG chart. He had the drill in my child's mouth and was starting to drill when I stopped him. I caught the error. NOT HIM! I am still so horrified by my experience. And there was NO APOLOGY on his part. Only a statement that he had never had the wrong chart before. Then he left the room and never came back. Meanwhile my five year old almost had a hole drilled in a perfectly fine tooth!
