Dr Poole is great! Last month, another dentist told me I needed about $5,000 worth of work done. I was ready to schedule it, when I remembered Dr. Poole from my church and social network. I decided to go to his office to have the work done. After he looked at my x-rays, he said, " the most polite way I can say this is that you must have had miraculous healing since your visit with your other dentist." On the one hand, I know that can be a ploy, on the other hand, I've known Charles Poole for 2yrs. He would rather be tortured than to lie about something. Just glad I came to him today and I'll save ab out $2,000 too.

Dr. Poole is so much more than a basic dentist. I had a pegged lateral tooth that was crowned 30 years ago. When that crown completely broke off, requiring dental surgery to expose enough original tooth to re-crown, Dr. Poole handled the entire procedure from start to finish. He was highly sensitive to this being a front tooth, and was exceedingly thorough to ensure that I was happy with the appearance, from shape to color and everything in between. From basic cleaning to involved surgery, Dr. Poole can handle it all in his office, so I didn't have to split treatment between my dentist and a surgical specialist. Throughout the procedure, he meticulously explained to me what he was going to do at every step before he did it, giving me comfort during the process. You know how awful it feels to be all numb and wondering what the heck is going on in your mouth. The care and concern he took to keep me informed made the whole situation so much less stressful. I can't recommend Dr. Poole highly enough.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. On my first visit he was rude and patronizing. He scolded me in a schoolmarmish way about the lapse of time since my most recent checkup, and then seemed genuinely disappointed that I required nothing but a cleaning. He campaigned for referrals.
About nine months later, I had made plans to get a new dentist when I had a crown detach. I resigned myself to using him one last time as this was an emergency. When I called the receptionist informed me that Dr Poole was planning to go to a conference and would not be able to see me for 9 days. I should have gotten a referral at that point, but a sucked it up and waited for my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I called to inform the receptionist that I had difficulty with traffic, and they could expect me to be 15 minutes late. I continued across town and was pulling in the parking lot when the receptionist called me back and told me the Dr. was running late and didn't think he could get to my appointment till after he came back from lunch. I was told to return 2 hours later. At that point, I realized that I couldn't afford the dental bills that Dr. Poole would receive if I returned at a later time and gave him a piece of my mind

OK potential pitients out there...this review is for REAL...and NO... I have not been paid to say this : This is the best dentist that I have EVER been to. I am in my mid -50s and needd a very complicated 6 unit bridge replaced along with having 2 other teeth crowned. The 6 unit bridge are my 6 foront teeth that were badly injured in a serious car wreck when I was in high school. Although the last replacemnet was really good...probably about a 93 or 94 on a 100 scale, this replacement is stunning... it really is a 100.to quote a friend. Dr. Poole was such a perfectionist that I could hardly believe it. The results are nothing short of remarkable. And the dental lab work is just beyond belief. Yes... it took 4 or 5 visits to complete, but it was so well worth the wait. If you are looking for the BEST of the best ... it Dr. Charles Poole. A great guy; easy to communicate with, and given the results he is a real value. He may not like it .... but he is stuck with me for the rest of his career....and he is pretty young !! Don Toth

Dr. Poole and Staff are wonderful and very unique! No one looks forward to going to the Dentist, but this staff makes sure it is the most stress free and comfortable experience possible! Dr. Poole is very easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable, discusses all options with you, is a perfectionist, and tells you exactly what he is doing while you are in that chair! I always leave feeling well taken care of and highly recommend Dr. Poole and Staff for an unusually good dental experience! Pam in Buckhead

Best dentist I've ever experienced! Dr. Poole took over the practice from my previous dentist, with whom I was well pleased. I went to him for the convenience. I am staying with him because of the excellent work he performs. He is meticulous, patient, and persistent, technically superb and personable. Also a pleasure is the fact that he does not have 4 or 5 people he is working on at once, leaving you with excessive wait time.
I have recommended him to three people who are now as enthusiastically happy as I and who, in turn, have recommended him to their friends.
His staff also are extremely competent and caring professionals. If you are not truly delighted with your current dentist, give this practice a try.
About Hygienist: There are two hygeists in this practice. I go to one and my husband to the other. Both are excellent. My teeth are probably pretty typical of most. My husband's malocclusion presents a challenge. He is very pleased as well.

Dr. Poole is very knowledgeable and competent. He fixed my tooth and I am now pain free!
About Hygienist: Julie Harvey is the best hygenist. She is very through and the cleanings are pretty painless.

Honestly I wouldnt recommend doctor charles poole to anyone. He was very rude during our procedure . During the whole procedure I was slashed with water in my face numerous times, I was left with debris all over my face after the procedure, I feel so much pain and uncomfort even with the three shots of anesitha

Dr. Poole took over the thriving practice of Dr. Pamela Reynolds, who treated me over 10 years. She highly recommended him based on her high standards and working with him initially.
I saw him this week due to a tooth ache and he found the decay under a crown, showed it to me, explained, etc, very caring, very thorough ((I'm older and have had tons of work done on my mouth).. I was very impressed with his work, demeanor, obvious integrity, not rushed and I couldn't be happier with this dentist. I'm recommending him to all of my salon customers, friends, etc. I can't say enough great things about this highly accomplished and likeable young man.
He is the consummate professional! And his hygienist, Julie Harvey is fabulous. What a cleaning job she did on my horribly stained teeth and crowns. Brooke is great also. Go to them and you'll be so glad. I've met dentists in the past that I didn't trust for various reasons. Not these folks--they are tops, for sure.
The cost was not cheap, but, not excessive either for this location.
About Hygienist: As per above, Julie cleaned and polished my stains superbly and was just great! The best I've ever had, honestly. And, she didn't rush through, was very thorough.
