Read Reviews for Dr. Leonard Routenberg
Daughter had cavities filled that were extremely painful and he would not administer more novacane. I had a bridge made which was a complete disaster! He left so much space under the bridge, I developed an abscess. Each time I came in to say how much my gum hurt or was swollen, he dismissed it!

I went in thinking I would see Dr. Routenburg and did not. It was a different dentist but more unprofessional was his front office manager. She was rude and extremely unprofessional, so much so that my family is not a client of this business anymore. One visit was too many.

I have been going to Dr. Routenberg for 35 years at least. He does an excellent job, has all my records back for many years and is meticulous and thorough. My teeth are better now than they were at 25.

My wife needed her entire set of teeth replaced. Dr R was 1/3rd of some of the other quotes. I do not believe that anyone else would have or could have done a better job. He was amazing and deserves nothing but great reviews based on our experiences. Mark Higgins

Yes, he's cheap, but he's incompetent. Terrible work on veneers and crowns. Everything had to be replaced. His cleanings are not thorough. Also, he gets stressed out and nervous if things don't go according to plan. Avoid!!

i went to routenberg only because my former dentist dr alan shaw retired. a friend of mine picked him and since he accepted the comp dent insurance i gave him a try. well they took x rays and did a fast cleaning and then told me i needed 4 crowns replaced at 510/each and that i needed to do this soon. alarms went off in me and i agreed to nothing, my now retired dentist and my perodontist never mentioned that i needed to replace these crowns. with my friend they told her she needed to replace 7 crowns and freaker her out. i see this as a scam. routenberg is accepting comp dent patients so he can sell you crowns you probably do not need, i will find another dentist and i do not trust owroutenberg and you shouldnt either, he should e closed down. if you do go to him and he wants to replace a number of crowns get a second opinion.

i went to dr. routenberg when i was unemployed and barely able to afford my bills, much less dental work. but i had a chipped molar that practically became hollow, so i had to do something. after explaining my financial situation to him, he built up the tooth and crowned it at a ridiculously-low price. i paid about $400 for a procedure that normally wouldve cost about $700.
speaking as someone whos had more than her fair share of extreme dental work, i know this was a very good deal.
i like his office. its like what youre mom used to take you to when you were a kid: just a small building with some rooms, some chairs, a small staff, and dental equipment. there are no frills for his patients to pay extra for in overhead costs. no army of dentists on the payroll, no office disguised as a day spa&
dr. routenberg has an excellent chair-side manner. he takes the time to listen and go over all the options with you. he explains everything so there are no surprises. he also gives a great Novocain shot, which (if youve ever had a bad one) you know how important that is.
his hygienist Jennifer (yes, he does have one) is also a very sweet lady.
if youre looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend him.

Back in January I selected this dentist based on proximity to house. I was highly disappointed in the service. I had not had a cleaning in some time and was looking forward to it. I arrived early and spent 20 minutes or so in the waiting room. When I saw the dentist, he took 5 minutes to take films. Then he took a whopping 5 minutes to clean my teeth. Unbelievable!!! I was completely shocked as he then tried to make irrelevant small talk and tried to assured me his new technique was thorough when I questioned him on it. I expected a hygienist to take at least an hour.(lol) But to my surprise . . . his 5 minute deal was the latest technology.

I was looking for a dentist for three months as I moved to Atlanta. Dr Routenberg is truly responsible and professional dentist. There is no mystery fees, no waiting, very clean office. I just enjoy my every visit. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy.
I would recommend him to everyone. My family appreciate his care of us.
About Hygienist: Lesley is a very nice lady who knows her job from A to Z.
